Please note: MastNode is designed for the MastChain ecosystem and is not a general-purpose AIS network receiver. TCP/IP and UDP/IP specifications refer to network communication protocols and do not represent third-party AIS data streaming capabilities.

Returns: once onboarded to the MastChain network, the device’s secure element is permanently paired to your account and cannot be re-provisioned — onboarded devices cannot be returned. Pre-orders are fully refundable until shipment.

Important – AIS Data Usage & Third-Party Streaming

MastNode is a purpose-built AIS + GNSS DePIN device designed primarily for operation within the MastChain network. It is not marketed as a general-purpose standalone AIS network receiver.

References to TCP/IP and UDP/IP in the specifications describe the device’s network communication capabilities and do not indicate user-configurable AIS data output or streaming.

MastNode does not provide, as a standard feature, AIS/NMEA/AIVDM output over TCP/UDP, a user-accessible AIS TCP/UDP server, or unrestricted forwarding of received AIS data to third-party servers or applications.

Any future external AIS data output or third-party streaming functionality is subject to MastChain firmware capabilities, network policies, and authorization.

Important – Returns After Onboarding

Once a MastNode is onboarded to the MastChain network, its integrated secure element is permanently and irreversibly paired to your operator account. The cryptographic chip cannot be re-provisioned or reset for another user, so an onboarded (activated) device cannot be restocked, resold or returned.

Pre-orders can be cancelled for a full refund at any time before the device ships. After delivery, the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal applies only to devices that have not been onboarded to the network. Your statutory warranty rights for defective products are not affected.
